We ship from several locations throughout the United States, if the item is currently unavailable, it will automatically be backordered and shipped once it becomes available. All orders requesting an expedited shipping option are prioritized in our order processing queue. All parts orders may take up to 14 Business days to Shipped.
Phone OrdersPhone orders are gladly taken, please note that pricing on orders made via phone may vary from internet listed prices. To receive internet pricing, please place your order over our secure website. While we try to provide the most accurate information when requesting help with parts needed, it is virtually impossible for us to be familiar with every product currently on the market or even obsolete products. Therefore, we can not be held responsible for shipping items that we honestly believe to be the best part for your application. You can always contact the manufacturer prior to ordering to get technical help for your product or to ensure that the part you are ordering is correct for your application. Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges are added automatically by our shopping cart. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Air shipping options are available. These options are quoted upon checkout for orders up to 5 pounds. If chosen the appropriate charge will automatically be billed to your order to speed up the processing of your request. Items purchased through our new website with flat rate fees for shipping and handling, does not mean that is the actual shipping charge incurred by us. If a product is returned, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the credit!
Sales Tax
Orders outside of New York State are not subject to sales tax. Orders shipped and/or billed to a New York State address are subject to 8¾% NYS Sales Tax.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed ( Credit Card). Many times, during business hours, orders are processed within minutes. If the order is no longer wanted, after it has been processed, please consult our return policy on this site to return the items once received.

User expressly acknowledges that any modification of the Service, whether or not permitted, is beyond the control of Company, and as such, such modification shall void all warranties under this Agreement.
7. Controlling Law and Severability
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within New York between New York residents. The courts of the State of New York, County of Suffolk, shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute, proceeding or action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Service. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
