Shipping Charges are added automatically by our shopping cart. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Air shipping options are available. These options are quoted upon checkout for orders up to 5 pounds. If chosen the appropriate charge will automatically be billed to your order to speed up the processing of your request. Items purchased through our new website with flat rate fees for shipping and handling, does not mean that is the actual shipping charge incurred by us. If a product is returned, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the credit!
Sales Tax
Orders outside of New York State are not subject to sales tax. Orders shipped and/or billed to a New York State address are subject to 8¾% NYS Sales Tax.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed ( Credit Card). Many times, during business hours, orders are processed within minutes. If the order is no longer wanted, after it has been processed, please consult our return policy on this site to return the items once received.

Merchandise Returns
If the wrong item is ordered, we will be promptly send out the correct item. Keep in mind you will be charged for the correct item as well. Please ship the incorrect item back undamaged, un-used with the original packaging in re-saleable condition to OnlineVacuumParts.com within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted or credited without a OnlineVacuumParts.com Return Authorization Number. Any item returned without a Return Authorization Numberwill be refused, and you, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping, unless we have shipped a product other than that which was expressly ordered by you. Once received, we will promptly issue a credit to the credit card on file.
Non-defective product returns are subject to the authorization of OnlineVacuumParts.com and/or the manufacturer of the product. Returned items must be in the original undamaged packaging with all accompanying material, in saleable condition, freight paid, and accompanied by a Fiori Productions inc Return Authorization Number. Your account will be credited the full amount of the returned item less any applicable charges. We reserve the right to charge a 20% processing/re-stocking fee ($10 minimum), and original shipping charges. These charges apply to refused items as well. . Products returned to us without an Return Authorization Number will incur an additional $15 handling charge. Cancelled orders are only allowed if order has not been processed.

In you feel the item purchased is defective, it may returned with a OnlineVacuumParts.com Return Authorization Number and is subject to manufacturer's approval for credit. An exact replacement will be sent and charged to your credit card. Once the defect is approved by the manufacturer (could take up to 60 days), we will issue a credit to the credit card on file.
Returns on products that are not compatible with your equipment will be credited based upon the above criteria. We are not responsible for printing errors, incorrect descriptions, part numbers, incorrect prices, photography and typographical errors. OnlineVacuumParts.com is not responsible for items ordered which are not compatible with your system.
